Refund policy

Though we hope that you will never need a refund we understand issues arise from time to time. Please communicate any issues with us at the earliest oppourtunity.

  • Once the fitting is complete all correspondance is required in writing please Remember to full name on the order.
  • We understand deployment / service issues that may cause cancellations we understand.  In these cases we will offer to pospone / delay dates, upto 10 months without any additional fees
  • Please be aware once the initial fitting has taken place, all orders cancelled after this point, may incur cancellation fees, upto and icluding the cost of hire
  • In all cases this does not include the secure deposit
  • We cannot offer refunds against items made to order or bespoke / personalised items. (unless we have made a genuine mistake)
  • Please note if we make a mistake we will always rectify
